The adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieve for O2 and N2 can be intuitively shown by equilibrium adsorption curve and dynamic adsorption curve: from these two adsorption curves, it can be seen that the increase of adsorption pressure can make the adsorption capacity of O2 and N2 increase at the same time, and the increase of O2 adsorption capacity is larger. The pressure swing adsorption period is short, and the adsorption capacity of O2 and N2 is far from reaching equilibrium (maximum value), so the difference of diffusion rate of O2 and N2 makes the adsorption capacity of O2 greatly exceed that of N2 in a short period of time.
