Product Details

VPSA oxygen generating equipment is mainly composed of a blower, vacuum pump, switch valve, adsorber and the oxygen tank.The air is pressurized by a Roots blower into an adsorber loaded with oxygen molecular sieves. Moisture, carbon dioxide and nitrogen are adsorbed to produce oxygen.

When adsorbed to a certain extent, vacuum pumps are used to vacuum, and the adsorbed moisture, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gases are respectively pumped out to the atmosphere, and the adsorbents are regenerated. The above process steps are implemented by PLC and switch valves system to realize automatic control.
